Job Description for EA to GM:
1) Keeping track of important business communication.
2) Prepare & manage the task list of GM for all business lines.
3) Preparing analysis report based on email communication.
4) Creating database for the GM for all important business communication/research articles etc.
5) Manage internal and external communication on GM’s behalf.
6) Making minutes of the meetings and ensuring all key deliverables are flagged on time.
7) Maintaining the GM calendar. Sending reminder emails for important meetings/business discussions.
