How to sleep without my mind chattering?

Q : My mind chatter just keeps on going. Its very annoying and also causes headace. It takes long before i fall asleep but even after sleeping i feel that something is running in my mind.

A : Pray and do meditation for 10 mins before going to bed. You can also try reading a book. Reading is an effective way to calm down your mind and get into the content of the book.
