Job Role: Attaining Inbound calls from customers regarding printers,routers,e mails etc..
Analyzing the issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software..
Candidates profile;
Must have dialled in Outbound Tech process for more than 6 months.
Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
Must be very fluent in English.
