It depends upon the company. If they are going to ask you to submit copies of your graduation then it can be a problem. Better you know about their procedure and then try it.
If you were desperate to get a job due to your financial situation then I don’t find any problem there. If the company is not going to know about then you should not bother about it.
It is ok if the company is small and they are not worried about the documents but instead look for talent and how the work is done. But for big companies they might think this as a fraud and their company rules will be such that graduation is a must.
